Reviving a Classic: The BMW E21 Restoration Project

First buying the car.

Got the car home!!

Original Interior

Original flooring(AKA Flinstones car)

New floor pans welded in.

Original M10 Engine

Repainted valve cover

Repainted intake manifold

After inspecting I found 2 broken rocker arms

So, I decided to engine swap it

Started sanding and grinding the engine bay

After it was smooth I put body filler to fill holes/gaps

Got the new engine from a 1996 BMW M3

Installed ITB’s to accommodate the High hp

Installed new headers for different turbo orientation

Replaced the thermostat, water pump, and oil filter housing

Candy red Powder coating process. .

Got the subframe powder-coated and ready to be installed

Started to weld a hood for the turbo to have air come from the right headlight

Engine is dropped in and engine bay is painted

The finished product of powder coated turbo.

Original rusted suspension.

New fully customizable coil overs with camber and toe adjustment.

Look at that fitment!!

Welding on brackets for intercooler.

Limited edition Carbon fiber Mishimoto intercooler. Still needs to be adjusted.

This is the concept prototype of the car when finished, I'm a long way from done but, trust the process
